Asbestos Consultant

We are currently looking for an Asbestos Consultant to work with our Team in Dallas, TX on numerous asbestos abatement projects.

In this role, your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Direct/Coordinate Asbestos Inspections and daily work of Asbestos Inspectors, Air Monitoring Technicians and Project Managers;
• Perform Asbestos and Mold Inspections;
• Prepare Asbestos Survey/Inspection Reports;
• Report to Industrial Hygiene Office Lead, assisting with marketing/business development opportunities.

As a qualified candidate, you will have the above experience and meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
• Minimum 4 years experience performing asbestos inspections and preparing asbestos abatement project designs/abatement specifications, preferred;
• Working knowledge and familiarity with building mechanical systems;
• Texas-licensed Individual Asbestos Consultant is required;
• Texas-licensed Lead Based Paint Inspector and Risk Assessor is a plus;
• Texas-licensed Mold Assessment Consultant is a plus;
• Experience with other hazardous and universal regulated waste;
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Training, a plus;
• NIOSH 582E, recommended;
• Safe driving record required with ability to travel to project site;
• Must be able to comply with client-specific drug testing program and background investigation(s).
