New developments or facility expansions that might disproportionately affect low income or minority populations can produce bad press, project delays and lawsuits if not handled correctly at the earliest stages of project conception.  The presentation will inform the audience of how this issue applies to projects and discuss key steps to engage stakeholders and minimize environmental justice impacts.
