The Assistant Director, Environmental Programs, will lead the administration and management of UT Dallas environmental programs including hazardous waste (chemical, biological, and radioactive waste management programs) and environmental affairs (air permitting, chemical inventory reporting, pollution prevention, storm water management, asbestos programs). The Assistant Director serves as the technical lead for all related EPA, TCEQ, and DOT regulations and works closely with UTD community to implement programs and services. As part of the Office of Research, Campus and Environmental Safety, the Assistant Director, provides professional expertise in the operation of environmental programs to help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices and UT Dallas policies and procedures.
