Presentation: The new administration and Congress have signalled and taken action on a number of EPA regulations and policies regarding greenhouse gas emissions, with a focus on removing reporting and current NSPS requirements. The presentation will outline several pending actions at the EPA that are scheduled for release before the end of the year, and will include potential actions by courts and state regulatory agencies.
