Dallas-based environmental consulting firm is searching for a senior professional for management of asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and related services. Ideal candidate will
have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the field of industrial hygiene and maintain state of Texas licensure as an Asbestos Consultant, Lead Risk Assessor, and Mold Consultant.
Candidate must possess extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations related to each discipline. Candidate must possess effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
and solid interpersonal skills with the ability to train junior staff. Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing asbestos, lead, microbial and industrial hygiene surveys and indoor air quality investigations in varied work environments.
- Must prepare reports detailing the activities, methodology, findings and conclusions/recommendations.
- Assist management with scheduling staff, managing project budgets, and invoicing.
- Prepare and provide proposals and consulting advice directly to clients.
- Ability to obtain new business through current relationships or other marketing techniques.
